About the Trainer

Hello, my name is Meghan Mills, and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston and am currently pursuing my Master's degree with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. With a strong foundation in both fitness and nutrition, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals in a holistic way.

For the past two years, I have had the privilege of working as a group trainer at Anytime Fitness, where I lead classes three times a week. This experience has allowed me to connect with clients, motivate them, and foster a supportive, community-focused environment. Now, I'm excited to expand my reach by offering personalized one-on-one training tailored to each client's unique needs. ​

 

I am passionate about working with individuals at any stage of their fitness journey - whether they are pursuing short-term goals or striving for long-term success. My approach is focused on creating individualized programs that not only help clients achieve their goals but also build sustainable, healthy lifestyle. I truly believe in the power of movement and nutrition to transform lives, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
