At Preventative Personal Fitness, we provide free online or phone consultations to discuss your fitness goals and explore personal training package options. During this consultation we'll also assist with scheduling to find a time that works best for you. Once you select a personal training package, we will conduct a series of health assessments prior to your first session. These assessments are designed to help us customize a fitness program tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring a personalized and effective approach form the very beginning.
